Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Soak the panko breadcrumbs in whole milk for about 5 minutes.
  3. Combine ground beef, ground pork, soaked breadcrumbs, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, egg, garlic, onion, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, pepper, and cilantro in a bowl.
  4. Shape the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the meatballs to enhance browning.
