  • 1 pound breakfast sausage
  • 3 cups white pepper gravy prepared or from a packet
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese preferably cheddar

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, crumble and cook the breakfast sausage until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked sausage, white pepper gravy, and eggs. Whisk until well-blended.
  4. Cut the biscuits into quarters and gently fold into the sausage and gravy mixture.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for approximately 35 minutes, until set and lightly browned.
  8. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
