Method
 

Prepare the Cheese Mixture
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine 8 ounces of Boursin cheese and 1 tablespoon of honey. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Fold in ¼ cup of chopped fresh herbs and ¼ cup of chopped walnuts or pecans. Drizzle in 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, and sprinkle with ½ teaspoon of garlic powder. Mix gently.
  3. Season to taste with salt and pepper, adjusting to taste.
Shape and Chill
  1. Transfer the mixture to a serving dish and shape it into a ball or log.
  2. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
