Instructions for Cheesy Broccoli Tater Tots
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Steam or microwave the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes. Cool slightly and chop into smaller pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, whole wheat breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Form small balls from the mixture, roughly the size of a golf ball, and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
