Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Gather your baking sheets and line them with parchment paper.
  2. Take your pizza dough out and allow it to come to room temperature for about 10 minutes. Dust your work surface with flour and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces.
  3. Roll each piece of dough into an 8-inch long rope, snipping the ends with kitchen scissors to resemble bones. Place on the prepared baking sheets.
  4. Coat each breadstick with melted butter and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Bake for approximately 15 minutes until light golden. Then add shredded mozzarella cheese and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving warm with marinara sauce on the side.
