Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (or set your air fryer to 375°F) and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the refrigerated pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until smooth and thin, then cut into rectangles measuring about 4×6 inches.
  3. Spoon approximately 1 tablespoon of marinara or pizza sauce onto the center of each rectangle, leaving space around the edges.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese across each sauced rectangle, adding optional toppings as desired.
  5. Fold the dough over to create a pocket, sealing tightly with a fork along the edges.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with oregano or garlic powder before baking.
  7. Place filled pockets on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden and crispy.
