Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced chicken, sweet chilli sauce, olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until chicken is well coated.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken mixture for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from heat.
  3. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange flatbreads on a baking sheet and spoon cooked chicken mixture over them.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese, diced bell peppers, and sliced green onions over the chicken on each flatbread.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly, then garnish with fresh cilantro if desired, slice, and serve hot.
