Baking Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add dry ingredients to banana mixture.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
