  • 1 cup Pomegranate seeds adds color
  • 1 cup Red seedless grapes halved
  • 2 medium Kiwi sliced
  • 1 medium Banana sliced
  • ½ cup Chopped walnuts optional
  • ½ cup Dried cranberries
For the Dressing
  • ½ medium Juice of lemon helps keep fruits fresh

Preparation Steps
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced pears, red apples, and the juice of half a lemon. Mix gently.
  2. Fold in the pomegranate seeds, halved grapes, sliced kiwis, and banana pieces. If using, add walnuts and cranberries.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together orange juice, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined.
  4. Pour the dressing over the fruit mixture and toss gently to combine.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Before serving, gently toss the salad again and serve in a vibrant dish.
