Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions

  2. Cut the tops off each mini sweet pepper and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  4. Stuff each mini pepper with the cream cheese mixture using a spoon or piping bag.
  5. Place the stuffed mini peppers on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
