- In a large slow cooker, add 1 cup of fresh spinach, 1 cup of artichokes, 1 cup of cream cheese, 1 cup of sour cream, and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese. Mix in 2 cloves of minced garlic, ½ teaspoon of onion powder, ½ teaspoon of garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon of black pepper, and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Blend the ingredients well until thoroughly combined.
- Cover the slow cooker with its lid, and set it to cook on low for 2 to 3 hours, or on high for 1 hour. Check after 2 hours if cooking on low.
- Once cooked and the dip is bubbly, stir well to achieve an even consistency.
- Scoop the dip into a serving bowl and pair it with tortilla chips, sliced veggies, or toasted bread.
