Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by bringing a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil over high heat. Add your choice of pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente, usually around 8–10 minutes. Once cooked, drain the pasta in a colander and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Once shimmering, add 1 pound of ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon. Cook for about 5–7 minutes until the beef is thoroughly browned.
- Sprinkle in 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, and ½ teaspoon of smoked paprika, along with salt and pepper to taste. Stir the spices into the beef mixture and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Reduce the skillet heat to low and pour in 1½ cups of Alfredo sauce, stirring to fully combine it with the seasoned beef. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for about 2–3 minutes.
- Add the cooked pasta into the skillet with the beef and Alfredo mixture. Gently toss everything together until the pasta is completely coated in the sauce. Fold in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and ½ cup of mozzarella cheese, if desired.
- Remove the skillet from heat and top your Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta with 4 slices of crumbled bacon and ⅓ cup of diced dill pickles. Optionally add chopped tomatoes or shredded lettuce before serving.
- Scoop your Loaded Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta into warm bowls and serve.
