- Begin by heating a large skillet or griddle over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes. You want the surface to be hot enough that a drop of water sizzles upon contact.
- While your skillet heats up, take the flour tortillas and lay them flat on a clean surface. Take a small handful of ground beef and press it evenly onto one half of each tortilla. Generously season the beef with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for maximum flavor.
