  • 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil Can be skipped or use olive oil.

For Garnish

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat the Oil: Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a large skillet or wok and heat until it shimmers.
  2. Sauté Aromatics: Add 1 teaspoon each of minced garlic and minced ginger and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  3. Add Vegetables: Introduce the julienned carrot and thinly sliced bell pepper to the skillet and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
  4. Incorporate Bean Sprouts: Add 4 cups of bean sprouts and 3 chopped green onions, stir-frying for an additional 2–3 minutes.
  5. Add Sauce: Pour in 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce (if using), and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil. Toss to coat.
  6. Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix well, and serve hot. Garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
