  1. In a mixing bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the crab mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold the sides inward, and roll tightly to seal.
  3. In a large frying pan, pour enough oil to cover the bottom. Heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
