Step-by-Step Instructions for Crab Cake Egg Rolls
- In a mixing bowl, gently combine crab meat, mayonnaise, green onions, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, breadcrumbs, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon a portion of the crab mixture onto the center of the wrapper. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, fold the sides inward, and roll tightly to seal.
- In a large frying pan, pour enough oil to cover the bottom. Heat oil over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Carefully place the assembled egg rolls in the hot oil. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- Remove egg rolls from oil and place on a plate lined with paper towels. Allow to cool before serving.
