  1. In a large mixing bowl, blend together cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper until fully incorporated.
  2. Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface and keep unused ones covered with a damp cloth.
  3. Place approximately 1 teaspoon of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  4. Moisten the edges of the wonton wrappers with water and seal securely, either in a triangle or as pouches.
