  • ½ cup Feta cheese Crumbled

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the cucumbers under cool water and slice them thinly, about ⅛ inch thick.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, and chopped herbs. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the yogurt-feta mixture over two slices of whole-grain bread.
  5. Layer the cucumber slices over the spread, covering most of the mixture.
  6. Top with another slice of bread, press gently, and cut each sandwich in half diagonally.
  7. Serve immediately on a platter.
