Method
 

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease three 12-count mini muffin pans.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Devil's Food cake mix, large eggs, canola oil, and black food coloring if desired. Mix until well incorporated.
  3. Scoop about ½ tablespoon of dough into each mini muffin cavity and flatten gently.
  4. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until edges are set but centers are soft. Remove from oven and press an indentation into each cookie.
  5. Allow to cool completely in pans for 10-15 minutes.
  6. In a medium bowl, beat softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt; mix until smooth. Add milk to desired consistency, then mix in green food coloring.
  7. Fill each cooled cookie cup with the green buttercream.
  8. Decorate with sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and pretzel sticks.
