Step-by-Step Instructions for Biscoff Truffles
  1. Crush the Biscoff cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Mix the crushed cookies, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Scoop out portions of the mixture and roll into balls, placing them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Melt the milk chocolate and Biscoff spread in a microwave-safe bowl.
  5. Dip each truffle in the melted chocolate, letting excess drip off.
  6. Chill the coated truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set.
