  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 7-inch springform pan with parchment paper and aluminum foil for a watertight seal.
  2. Crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs and mix with ½ cup melted unsalted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the pan and bake for 8–10 minutes.
  3. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth. Mix on low speed for an additional 1–2 minutes.
