Cooking Steps
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 320°F (160°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Slice the large croissants in half lengthwise to create a pocket for the fillings.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the inside of each croissant half, if using.
- Layer 2 slices of cooked ham and 2 slices of cheese on the bottom half of each croissant.
- Fold the top half down to enclose the filling.
- Brush the tops of the croissants with melted butter.
- Arrange the filled croissants in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5 to 7 minutes, turning halfway through for even browning.
- Cool for a minute before serving.
- Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
