- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Slice the croissants into halves or quarters and layer them in the prepared dish. Scatter mixed berries on top.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Pour the custard mixture over the croissants and berries, press gently, and let it rest for 15–20 minutes or refrigerate overnight.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until golden brown and firm around the edges.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, dust with powdered sugar, and serve warm.
