- Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper, sautéing for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in 2 minced cloves of garlic, cooking for an additional minute.
- Add 500 grams of ground beef, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon as it cooks for about 5–7 minutes.
- Sprinkle in 1 tablespoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour in 1 can of diced tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
- Gently fold in 1 can each of kidney beans and black beans, drained and rinsed.
- Lower the heat, cover the pot, and let your Chilli Con Carne simmer for about 60 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning if necessary before serving.
