Method
 

Baking Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with softened butter or line it with parchment paper.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  4. Add egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract to the butter-sugar mixture. Mix until well combined.

  6. Pour the cookie dough into the greased baking pan and spread evenly.
