  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • ¼ red onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup shredded carrots
  • ½ cup radishes sliced
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • ¼ cup feta cheese optional, crumbled
For the Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar for dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste
For the Garnish

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Rinse the mixed salad greens under cold water and pat dry. Place them in a large salad bowl.
  2. Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber, and dice the bell pepper. Add to the bowl.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion and combine with the shredded carrots and radishes in the bowl.
  4. Slice the avocado and arrange it on top of the salad mix.
  5. If using, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad.
  6. Whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar in a small bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  8. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
  9. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
