Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, aiming for around 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rub each chicken breast with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook chicken on the grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Steam broccoli in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender but still bright green.
  5. In a saucepan, heat olive oil, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
  6. Add heavy cream and chicken broth, then season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
  7. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  8. Assemble bowls with steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken on top.
  9. Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley before serving.
