- Rub each chicken breast with olive oil and season with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook chicken on the grill for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Steam broccoli in boiling water for 4-5 minutes until tender but still bright green.
- In a saucepan, heat olive oil, sauté minced garlic for about 1 minute.
- Add heavy cream and chicken broth, then season with salt and pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes to thicken.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Assemble bowls with steamed broccoli and sliced grilled chicken on top.
- Drizzle creamy garlic sauce over the chicken and broccoli.
