- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

- Add the egg and vanilla extract, blending until smooth and combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, corn starch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients until combined.
- Fold in chocolate chips and sprinkles until evenly distributed.
- Using a cookie scoop, portion out the dough and flatten it into a disc.
- Place an Oreo in the center of each disc and wrap the dough around the Oreo, sealing it well.
- Arrange on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a rack.
