  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil

  • 4 fillets Salmon Fillets wild-caught recommended
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
For the Rice Bowl
  • 2 cups Cooked Rice white or brown rice
  • 1 cups Vegetables edamame, cucumbers, or slaw
  • 2 tablespoons Green Onions chopped

Method
 

Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare the baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together honey, sriracha, soy sauce, and sesame oil to make the glaze.
  3. Place salmon fillets skin-side down on the baking sheet.
  4. Apply glaze generously over each salmon fillet.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until salmon flakes easily.
  6. While the salmon cooks, prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  7. In serving bowls, layer rice, glazed salmon, vegetables, and drizzle with reserved glaze.
  8. Top with green onions before serving.
