Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the keto-friendly saltine crackers in a single layer.
  3. In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Stir in the granulated erythritol until smooth.
  4. Allow the butter and sweetener mixture to come to a gentle boil for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  5. Remove from heat and pour the hot caramel evenly over the arranged saltine crackers.
  6. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for 5 to 7 minutes until bubbly and light golden brown.

  8. Spread the melted chocolate evenly across the caramel using a spatula.
