Step‑by‑Step Instructions

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the peanut sauce with dark soy sauce and stir to create a smooth consistency.
  3. Drain the cooked noodles and transfer them to the pot or a large mixing bowl. Add the peanut sauce and toss gently.
  4. If the noodles are dry, add hot noodle cooking water gradually to achieve the desired creamy texture.
  5. Drizzle more chili oil on top and garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions before serving.
