Method
 

Making the Rosemary Pom Spritzer
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine equal parts water and granulated sugar along with a few sprigs of fresh rosemary over medium heat. Stir gently until the sugar fully dissolves and the mixture begins to simmer, about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool for about 10 minutes.
  2. Once your rosemary simple syrup has cooled, grab a tall glass. Pour in 2-3 ounces of fresh pomegranate juice, followed by 2 ounces of the fragrant rosemary syrup. Add 2-3 ounces of club soda or sparkling beverage.
  3. Fill the glass with ice to keep your Rosemary Pom Spritzer chilled. Garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary and optional sugar-dusted cranberries.
