Step-by-Step Instructions for Sesame Chicken and Chickpea Salad
  1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Brush the marinade generously over the chicken breasts and let it sit for at least 10 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken for 6–7 minutes on each side until cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.
