- Gather all your ingredients for the Smoothie Pops with Spinach and Banana.
- Blend 2 cups of fresh spinach, 2 medium bananas, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and ½ cup of milk until completely smooth.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks if your molds come with them, or cover with aluminum foil and poke holes for the sticks.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release the pops before serving.
