Smoothie Base
  • 2 cups fresh spinach packed
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup adjust to taste
  • ½ cup milk any variety

Method
 

Instructions
  1. Gather all your ingredients for the Smoothie Pops with Spinach and Banana.
  2. Blend 2 cups of fresh spinach, 2 medium bananas, 1 cup of Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup, and ½ cup of milk until completely smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Pour the smoothie mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks if your molds come with them, or cover with aluminum foil and poke holes for the sticks.
  6. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  7. Run warm water over the molds for a few seconds to release the pops before serving.
