Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Mixed Berry Smoothie
  1. Rinse strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries under cool running water for about 1 minute. Pat them dry and slice strawberries in half.
  2. In a blender, add the prepared berries, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey if desired. Ensure all ingredients are well-placed for even blending.
  3. Blend on high speed for about 30–60 seconds, until smooth and creamy. Adjust blending time if needed until velvety consistency is achieved.
  4. Check the thickness and adjust consistency by adding more milk if too thick, or frozen berries if too thin. Blend for about 10 seconds.
  5. Pour the smoothie into glasses or bowls and garnish with extra berries. Serve immediately for optimal flavor and freshness.
