Preparation Steps
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the cauliflower under cold water, dry completely, and cut into medium-sized florets.
- In a mixing bowl, coat the cauliflower florets with olive oil.
- Sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on the cauliflower and toss to combine.
- Add the panko breadcrumbs and optional Parmesan cheese, stir gently to coat evenly.
- Spread the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
