  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil For coating

  • 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs Provides crunch
  • ¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese Optional, skip for vegan
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Wash the cauliflower under cold water, dry completely, and cut into medium-sized florets.
  3. In a mixing bowl, coat the cauliflower florets with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper on the cauliflower and toss to combine.
  5. Add the panko breadcrumbs and optional Parmesan cheese, stir gently to coat evenly.
  6. Spread the coated cauliflower on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Roast in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  8. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before serving.
