  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • cup packed brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 1 spray cooking spray for coating

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat the Air Fryer to 350°F (175°C) for about 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the peeled and sliced apples with 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon. Toss until well coated.
  3. Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  4. Spread the coated apple mixture evenly across the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  5. In a separate mixing bowl, combine ½ cup of all-purpose flour, ½ cup of rolled oats, ⅓ cup of packed brown sugar, and ¼ teaspoon of salt. Pour in ¼ cup of melted unsalted butter and stir until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  6. Evenly sprinkle the crumb mixture over the apple layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Carefully place the basket in the air fryer and cook for 20–25 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
  8. Allow the Air Fryer Apple Crisp to cool slightly for about 5 minutes before serving.
