- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the thawed sheet of puff pastry until ⅛ inch thick. Cut into a triangle shape.
- Place the Brie wheel at the base of the pastry triangle.
- Spread the cranberry sauce over the Brie.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts or pecans over the cranberry sauce.
- Add fresh rosemary and drizzle with honey, then season with salt and pepper.
- Fold the edges of the pastry triangle over the Brie and seal the seams.
- Brush the entire pastry with the beaten egg.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until golden-brown.
