- Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C).
- In a medium skillet, combine 2 cups of semi-sweet chocolate chips with ¼ cup of warmed heavy cream. Stir over low heat for 3–5 minutes until smooth.
- Remove from heat and distribute ghost marshmallows on top. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips for ghost eyes.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 7–10 minutes until marshmallows are golden-brown.
- Carefully remove from oven, let cool for a minute, and serve with graham crackers.
