  • ½ cup clam juice or substitute with tomato juice or seafood stock
  • 2 tablespoon hot sauce to taste
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the shrimp by boiling salted water over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Drain and transfer to ice water.
  2. Prepare the vegetables by dicing tomatoes, onions, cucumber, avocados, and adding chopped cilantro and corn to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Make the dressing in a separate bowl by mixing lime juice, clam juice, hot sauce, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined.
  4. Combine shrimp with vegetables in the bowl, pour over dressing, and gently toss to coat all ingredients.
  5. Chill the mixture, covered, for at least 30 minutes before serving to enhance flavors.
