Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, combine the warm water and honey, stirring until the honey dissolves. Sprinkle the active dry yeast and let sit for 5 to 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt.
  3. Add Greek yogurt and olive oil to the flour mixture. Pour in activated yeast mixture and mix until cohesive.
  4. Transfer dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  6. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Punch down the dough, shape it into a loaf, and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  8. Cover the loaf pan and let the dough rise again for 30 to 35 minutes.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes until hollow when tapped.
