Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your baking dish.
  2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach, adding salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well blended.
  4. Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Layer cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
  5. Add a layer of ricotta-spinach mixture, shredded chicken, and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles, sauce, and mozzarella on top.
  6. Cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes and place them on top. Add black olives as eyes.
  7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
