Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your baking dish.
- Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions for about 8-10 minutes until al dente. Drain and lay flat on a towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with chopped spinach, adding salt and pepper to taste. Mix until well blended.
- Spread marinara sauce on the bottom of the greased baking dish. Layer cooked lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- Add a layer of ricotta-spinach mixture, shredded chicken, and a sprinkle of mozzarella. Repeat layers, finishing with noodles, sauce, and mozzarella on top.
- Cut mozzarella slices into ghost shapes and place them on top. Add black olives as eyes.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let the lasagna sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
