  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 cloves Minced garlic
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • ½ cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley chopped

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and pound chicken breasts to ½ inch thickness.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan, panko, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another dish, whisk eggs and milk together.
  3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sear coated chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden.
  5. Transfer skillet to the oven and bake chicken for 15-20 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Prepare garlic sauce by sautéing minced garlic in olive oil, then add chicken broth and simmer.
  7. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
  8. Pour garlic sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley before serving.
