Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine 2 cups of whole milk and 1 cup of heavy cream. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until warm but not boiling for about 5 minutes.
  2. Add ½ cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips and ½ cup of white chocolate chips. Stir continuously for about 2–3 minutes until melted and smooth.
  3. Stir in ¼ cup of granulated sugar, ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, and ¼ teaspoon of peppermint extract. Mix well for about 1–2 minutes until dissolved.
  4. Add a few drops of green food coloring to the mixture and stir for about 30 seconds until evenly distributed.
