Step-by-Step Instructions for Shrimp and Sausage Foil Packs
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat, around 400°F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add shrimp, sliced smoked sausage, halved baby potatoes, and corn kernels to the seasoned mixture. Toss until coated.
  4. Lay out four sheets of aluminum foil. Divide the mixture evenly in the center of each sheet.
  5. Fold the sides of each foil sheet over the mixture and seal tightly to form packets.
  6. Place the foil packs on the preheated grill and cook for 15 to 20 minutes, checking for doneness at 15 minutes.
  7. Carefully open the foil packs, and sprinkle chopped fresh parsley on top before serving.
  8. Serve hot directly from the foil or transfer the contents to plates.
