Make the Deviled Eggs
- Begin by placing the eggs in a saucepan and covering them with water. Bring the water to a rolling boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat and let them simmer for 10-12 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool completely for about 5 minutes, then gently peel them.
- Carefully slice each egg in half lengthwise and scoop out the yolks into a mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
- Add a few drops of bright green food coloring to the yolk mixture and stir until you achieve the desired color.
- Transfer the filling into a piping bag fitted with a star tip and pipe the mixture into each half of the egg whites.
- Decorate by placing diced red pepper on top of each piped filling to resemble bows.

Notes
Make your hard boiled eggs a day in advance and store the filling separately to maintain freshness.
