Step-by-Step Instructions

  4. Increase heat and add extra firm tofu strips, stir-fry for about 3–4 minutes until browned.
  5. Toss in sliced baby bok choy and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until wilted.
  6. Pour in soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and ground black pepper; stir to combine.
  7. Drizzle sesame oil over stir fry and sprinkle with sesame seeds; toss to combine.
