  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 pound clams cleaned
  • 1 pound fish fillets cut into chunks, use white fish like cod or halibut
  • 1 pound crab cleaned
For the Base
  • 28 ounces crushed tomatoes
  • 4 cups seafood broth
  • 1 cup white wine
Aromatics and Seasoning
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for sautéing
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper
For Garnish and Serving
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 crusty bread for dipping

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté for about 5 minutes until translucent.
  2. Stir in red pepper flakes, dried oregano, and dried basil. Cook for an additional minute.
  3. Pour in crushed tomatoes, seafood broth, and white wine. Stir well and bring to a gentle simmer for about 10 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp, clams, fish fillets, and crab to the pot. Stir gently and cover. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes, until seafood is cooked and clams have opened.
  5. Taste and season with salt and pepper. Ladle into bowls and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with crusty bread.
