- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and/or crushed nuts into the yogurt mixture.
- Lightly grease your silicone molds or mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
- Spoon the mixture into the prepared molds or muffin tin, filling each cavity to the top.
- Smooth the tops of the filled molds and sprinkle additional chocolate chips or crushed nuts on top if desired.
- Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours until completely frozen.
- Carefully remove the bites from the molds. If necessary, run warm water over the outside to ease release.
- Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
