  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter Heart of the bites
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional for sweetness

For the Mix-ins
  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips Optional for sweetness
  • ¼ cup crushed nuts Optional for texture

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a medium-sized mixing bowl, blend Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gently fold in mini chocolate chips and/or crushed nuts into the yogurt mixture.
  3. Lightly grease your silicone molds or mini muffin tin with non-stick spray.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared molds or muffin tin, filling each cavity to the top.
  5. Smooth the tops of the filled molds and sprinkle additional chocolate chips or crushed nuts on top if desired.
  6. Place the molds in the freezer for at least 4 hours until completely frozen.
  7. Carefully remove the bites from the molds. If necessary, run warm water over the outside to ease release.
  8. Store the bites in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 months.
