Step-by-Step Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
- Slice firm apples into rounds or wedges about ¼–½ inch thick, removing the core while keeping the skin intact.
- Lightly brush both sides of each apple slice with olive oil or melted butter.
- Place apple slices on the preheated grill, cooking for about 2–3 minutes per side until tender and marked.
- Wrap or top each grilled apple slice with thinly-sliced prosciutto and grill for an extra 1–2 minutes.
- Drizzle generous amounts of raw honey over the top of the grilled apples just before serving.
- Serve immediately on a platter, optionally garnished with goat cheese, nuts, herbs, or balsamic glaze.

Notes
Choose firm apples to maintain shape, grill at medium-high heat for caramelization, and serve warm for the best experience.
