Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F). Clean and oil the grates to prevent sticking.
  2. Slice firm apples into rounds or wedges about ¼–½ inch thick, removing the core while keeping the skin intact.
  3. Lightly brush both sides of each apple slice with olive oil or melted butter.
  4. Place apple slices on the preheated grill, cooking for about 2–3 minutes per side until tender and marked.
  5. Wrap or top each grilled apple slice with thinly-sliced prosciutto and grill for an extra 1–2 minutes.
  6. Drizzle generous amounts of raw honey over the top of the grilled apples just before serving.
