Cooking Instructions
  1. Begin by boiling a large pot of salted water over high heat. Add 8 ounces of your favorite pasta and cook according to package instructions, typically around 8-10 minutes, until al dente. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add 1 clove of minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant and lightly golden.
  3. Next, add 1 cup of fresh spinach and 1 cup of cooked salmon to the skillet. Stir gently for about 2-3 minutes until the spinach wilts down.
  4. Pour in 1 cup of heavy cream, stirring continuously. Allow the mixture to simmer for about 2-3 minutes until it thickens slightly. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing gently to coat in the creamy sauce. Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
